REFUND, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a no-hassle return policy with NO restocking fee.

We stand by our merchandise 100%. We will accept returns and exchanges on any of our products (EXCEPT GLASS, ACRYLIC ITEMS, GHOST MANNEQUINS AND FIBERGLASS POSABLE MANNEQUINS - All Glass, and Acrylic items, Ghost And Posable Mannequins Are Final Sale) within 7 days of the item's arrival.

Special orders, Sale and used items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Color due to the calibration differences between computer monitors & tablets, etc. the color may vary slightly from what you are viewing to the actual product. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

If you want to return your items, simply follow the instructions below and we will either exchange it or refund you in the original payment form.

PLEASE make sure to ship us back the items/mannequins properly. They will be inspected upon arriving at our warehouse. If there are any damages to the shipments or they are not in their original condition, a refund will not be processed.

Please package the item back in its original packaging. NO exceptions.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling.

*The 7 Day No-Questions-Asked Returns policy only applies to items in stock. Custom orders are non-refundable and final sale. Items will be inspected for damage upon arriving at our warehouse before refund approval*

**All Ghost Mannequins are NOT refundable. We have had issues in the past with some customers using our ghost mannequins for photo shoot and returning them afterwards. All Ghost Mannequin purchases are final sale. Thank you for your understanding.**

AFTER 7 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE, BELLEVIDERE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON.

In order to return an item, please follow the following instructions:

You MUST contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.

To qualify for any return or exchange, please email your written request, our friendly customer service associates will assist you!

Please note: No return or exchange will accept through phone. Bellevidere reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.
