Shipping Policy

Orders placed with us will usually leave the warehouse within 2-3 business days if in stock. Although your item may ship out immediately it may take longer than that to receive your tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. Generally we will ship all orders via UPS or Fedex but we reserve the right to use any carrier. UPS and FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

If the ordered product is out of stock, one of our customer service associates will be contacting you immediately via phone or email to discuss further options.

INVENTORY

The online store does not account for our current inventory levels. Please contact us to check on stock availability at sales@bellevidere.com

Please make sure to whitelist our email from your email spam filter. (support@bellevidere.com, sales@bellevidere.com)

If you didn't get any email order confirmation after placing an order, please check your spam filter or junk mail folder.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For all International, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or US Virgin Island customers, there will be additional shipping charges that will still need to be collected after your order has been processed. One of our customer service associates will contact you via email to notify you and collect the additional charges. These are charges that still need to be collected on top of the shipping charges that have already been charged.

These charges do NOT include any freight charges, export duties (where applicable), customs brokerage or import tax fees to import it to your destination. This will be the customer's responsibility to pay.

CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT

If for any reason you need to cancel an order for any reason that has NOT been shipped, you will be responsible for any merchant processing fees that are charged for the transaction. A refund minus all credit card processing fees will be refunded for ALL orders that are canceled.

Please submit the cancellation request within 3 business days.

Damages / Lost Packages / Missing Items

Bellevidere is not responsible for damages occurring during shipment via carrier.  We are also not liable for any loss or damages that occur after shipment delivery.  For damages found occurring during shipment transit, the customer is responsible for initiating and processing all claims directly with the carrier.  Our customer service associates is happy to assist you in resolving any shipping problems made on our end.

Report any missing items no later than 7 working days after shipment delivery. Failure to do so will invalidate your claim.
